Shipping Policy


SHIPPING TIME:

Production and shipping time vary depending on the product. Please check the product pages for shipping estimates related to that product. 

Shipping estimates shown on the product and checkout pages are for orders with only one product. Orders with multiple products will take longer to customize and as such will have a slightly longer production & delivery window. 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:
Pendantt is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility of the original order at no charge to you.

If the shipped package is lost in transit, we will recreate your order as a priority and ship it to you again.

Once the shipping carrier has delivered the package, we transfer the full responsibility of the package to you. We do not refund or replace if the package is lost or stolen once it is delivered.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

You will receive an email, SMS, or both with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Yes, your items will be shipped in one package in most cases. For some orders, we might have to ship in multiple packages due to logistics efficiency.
